Booking Terms

  • ASIA EUROPE will act as ground handler for their clients and will source all required accommodation and services at the most competitive rates.
  • All contacts with ASIA EUROPE suppliers must be done via ASIA EUROPE.
  • ASIA EUROPE clients will pre pay all services in advance. 
  • Payment can be made by all major credit cards or directly into our bank account. All prices are quoted in GBP inclusive of local taxes. 
  • All reservations are subject to the availability at the time of booking, should the service/product you request not be available we shall try to book you a service/product of a comparable standard. 
  • When a booking has been confirmed by ASIA EUROPE any subsequent amendments or cancellations must be received in writing.
  • Cancelations: Should you need to cancel your reservation, email your cancellation request, with your booking number to: Please note that to avoid cancellation charges, reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival for FITs and 30 days prior to arrival for Groups. Bookings cancelled after this date will be charged in full.


Storing of information: We confirm that we will not store our clients financial information and these will be destroyed as soon as the transactions are completed.


Third parties


  • Our policy is to keep our client information confidential and these will not be passed on to any third parties.
